Union of breath, body and mind
Yog is far more than posture. It is the classical path of uniting breath, body and awareness. Paired with meditation (dhyana), it trains the mind to rest in steadiness rather than reactivity.
Sessions are tailored to your health and lifestyle, and leave you with a short daily practice you can keep up.

Before you begin
I have never meditated. Is this suitable for me?
Yes. Sessions start from where you are, often with five minutes of breath awareness, and build up gently.
Do I need to be flexible for the yoga?
Not at all. The asana is gentle and adapted to your body. The focus is on breath and steadiness rather than difficult poses.
Are sessions one-to-one?
Yes. Every session is personal, so the practice can be shaped around your health, schedule and goals.
